Ruzica's passion for working with hot glass rods on mandrel (lamp work) has inspired her since 2004 to progress on an evolving pathway of perfecting her own techniques and design statement, under the tuition of many international Masters.

Her studies of the History of Art  in university in Germany inspired her to explore and evolve her own distinctive and vibrant visual artistic statement. Her client commissions are truly unique from one-off special wedding pieces, designer formal wear,  awards pieces and casual wear co-ordinated pieces. Clients have the opportunity to co-design the concept and realisation with Ruzica. "Together we can design your unique personalised Glass Bead Jewellery".

Ruzica shares this passion with students through her own workshops, progressing from beginner to advanced level. International Masters also deliver workshops in her studio.

Awards

2010 - 1st  Prize   Royal Dublin Society (RDS) Recognition of Excellence in the Category Jewellery - Alternative Materials. Having completed a National Showcase Tour the prizewinning Ivory Glass Bead Necklace (pictured right) was on exhibition at the National Craft & Design Fair, Dec 1st – 5th December 2010 at the RDS, Ballsbridge.
